To fairly review donation requests, please note the following guidelines before completing this form:
· Requests are reviewed once per month. Submit requests 90 days prior to scheduled show date
· Limited tickets to select shows are available per the show's management team
· Broadway Utica gift cards are available for a limited number of events
· Organizations requesting a donation must have a mission created to highlight at least one of the following
- Arts
- Education
- Programming that supports an underserved organization within the CNY community
· Broadway Utica can only fulfill requests for events or organizations within a 50-mile radius of our venue
