So, what is going on over at Broadway Theatre League of Utica if you are a subscriber, want to be a subscriber or just snag some great seats to an upcoming performance? Well, you are in luck. Many things are happening over here at Broadway Utica and here is what you need to know.
Subscribers: Electronic invoices have been emailed to you as of the week of June 8th. If you haven’t received your invoice yet, please give us a call. On your invoice, you will see a credit from the cancelation of The Color Purple. This credit is applied to your balance with Broadway Theatre League of Utica for your 2021 Subscription. Waitress was rescheduled and all tickets/ seating locations will be honored. If you wish to change night/ move your seat please call to do so. You will be receiving new tickets in the mail somewhere around early fall of this year.
Packets will be mailed to your homes including your invoice, important upcoming dates, season brochure, and a current seating chart. Please be sure to contact us to update your info if anything has changed (mailing address, billing address, phone number, etc.) All packets will be mailed out within the next two weeks. Also, please
If you would like to pay for your subscription now you can do so by calling our office direct at 315-624-9444 Monday through Thursday 9:00am until 4:00pm. Our office is still closed to the public and by appointment only on Fridays. You certainly can mail in your payment with the electronic invoice or wait until your packet arrives via email. All invoices must be paid by July 20th by the end of business day. There is no charge to utilize the payment plan we offer.
Bonus shows can be placed on hold for subscribers only who are paid in full. Payment will not be processed until October, but we certainly will hold seats for Jersey Boys and Madagascar. If you need additional tickets to Waitress that can be done too! Don’t forget you get a subscriber discount, so save some seats for friends and family!
New Subscribers: We are getting ready for you! If you want to join our exclusive group, you can do so now by saving your spot in line. Call today to place a $100 deposit per seat on your new subscription. This credit will save a spot in your desired seating section (if available) and can be applied to your 2021 subscription. Once we get through all current renewals and seat changes, we will contact you when a seat opens (early August). It is first-come, first-serve so get those deposits down today.
