Announcing Broadway Utica Stage Ready Summer Camp!
From vocals and choreography to character work and collaboration, students in our Stage Ready program will spend two transformative weeks building skills, confidence, and friendships that extend far beyond the final bow. This summer, participants will rev up their engines and bring one of America’s most beloved musicals to life—both on stage and behind the scenes.
Auditions will be held prior to the camp, with options to participate in person or virtually, ensuring access for all interested students. Roles will include both speaking and non-speaking parts, and students interested in the technical and creative sides of theatre are encouraged to participate as set designers, stage managers, hair and makeup artists, and production assistants. Stage Ready is designed to give students a full, hands-on theatrical experience—whether they shine in the spotlight or help make the magic happen behind the scenes.
Age Requirement: Students ages 12–18
Dates: July 13–24, M–F, 8:30AM–4:00PM

About Dennis J. Clark
Dennis J. Clark (Director), locally is an adjunct in the Theater Department at Utica University and director of the Theatre Program at Notre Dame. He is also a nationally known freelance Director/Choreographer and proud member of Actors Equity. He was the first full time Artistic Director of the Ritz Theater in Sheffield, AL. Dennis has also taught and directed shows for the Walnut Hill School For the Arts and Stagedoor Manor. He serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Fort Salem Theatre Co.
