Utica, NY – February 7 – Disruption Network and Broadway Utica proudly presents The Frank White Experience, a dynamic tribute band honoring the legendary rapper Notorious B.I.G. This event is set to take place on April 13, 2024, at The Parish on Broadway in downtown Utica, with doors opening at 7:00 pm and the performance kicking off at 8:00 pm.
